Woolly mammoth

I am a third of the way through the 30 for 30 challenge (it’s day 10), and I am glad that I put my Pendleton wool sweater in the rotation. It is one of the warmest sweaters I own. It’s a vintage, American-made piece so you know the quality is good. I picked it up at the Ohio Knitting Mills pop-up shop, which has been extended to February 20th. It has been so cold this week, I actually wish I was a woolly mammoth with it’s warm fur. Damn ice age! I resorted to layering. The striped shirt seemed like a natural pairing for this rust-color sweater. I feel like the top part of this outfit is very casual and the bottoms are all business, but the flare legs allow for a little leeway in that department. A lot has been discussed about the 70s being back in style so I piled on the gold jewelry including this cool vintage cloisonné cuff from the boy and one of my new Margaret Elizabeth rings that I won from a Matchbook giveaway. The 24k gold vermeil is so pretty and shiny and I love the clear quartz. What I love most about her jewelry is that she uses fine materials, but the pieces wont break the bank. She is definitely a jewelery designer worth checking out.
