Valentine’s Day brings back fond memories of decorating a shoebox and passing out some sort of cartoon-themed Valentine. These days I feel like I am lacking in the Valentine’s Day creativity department. So I decided to think of an easy Valentine’s Day gift. Giving someone these flowers in a vintage tea cup is like two presents in one. It would be such a nice little Valentine’s Day surprise for a good friend or relative in your life.
I bought these vintage tea cups at a local antique mall and purchased the tiny flowers at Trader Joe’s. I placed the flowers in the cups and filled in potting soil as needed. I would say it was pretty easy, and they don’t need too much watering.

So I wear this dress A LOT. I promise you though I have never worn it like this. Pairing my mom’s old dress with a structured neutral blazer contrasts the flow and pattern, making them stand out even more. For a happy hour after work at Six Penn that was planned to be on the roof deck (but was rerouted inside because of the crowd), it was a perfect look to ring in patio season downtown. Hopefully, next time I’ll get to enjoy the outdoor seating. They apparently have a knock-out brunch.
I love a good vintage find. These boots from Etsy are gorgeous, and I would like a sugar daddy to buy them for me. Please!
